Ứng viên sẽ dẫn dắt đội DevOps tập trung vào vận hành hạ tầng đa thương hiệu, triển khai CI/CD, tự động hóa quy trình và giám sát hệ thống. Mức lương cạnh tranh cùng các phúc lợi hấp dẫn từ tổ chức phần mềm quy mô toàn cầu.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có 5+ năm kinh nghiệm DevOps/SRE/infra (2+ năm quản lý), xuất sắc Kubernetes production, IaC (Terraform/Helm), thành thạo CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions, CircleCI và hệ thống giám sát Grafana, Prometheus, Loki. Ưu tiên đã làm nhiều tech stack, bảo mật cloud-native, scripting Bash/Python/Go.

DevOps Manager
Reporting to: Sr Director of IT and DevOps
Location: APAC (Remote)
Preferred Time Zone Coverage: APAC
Key Responsibilities
Personnel Leadership:
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers supporting multiple cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response processes
- Mentor engineers on technical skills, knowledge, communication, and teamwork dynamics
Project & Process Leadership:
- Lead agile ceremonies for DevOps engineering teams
- Drive investments in automation for continuous efficiency improvement
Requirements
Process Leadership:
- Ability to lead an agile DevOps engineering process utilizing ticketing tools such as Atlassian JIRA
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in engineering team workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units across diverse tech stacks
- Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud spend reporting
