Data Science and Machine learning with Python programming
Vị trí này là hợp đồng ngắn hạn 3 tháng tại ENCORE IT SOLUTIONS, làm việc toàn thời gian từ xa cho ứng viên từ các nước như Ấn Độ, Pakistan, Nigeria... Ứng viên sẽ tham gia phát triển, tối ưu hóa mô hình Data Science/Machine Learning sử dụng Python cùng các framework như PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn. Thời gian làm việc yêu cầu tối thiểu 4 giờ trùng múi giờ PST.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm DS/ML, am hiểu các công cụ, kỹ thuật pipeline, làm sạch và xử lý dữ liệu, engineering đặc trưng và đánh giá mô hình. Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm về deep learning, AWS, Databricks hoặc MLOps. Tuyển dụng gấp, ứng viên cần sẵn sàng làm việc ngay.

Role Details:
Title: Data Science and Machine learning with Python programming
Type: Short-term Contract (3 months)
Start Date: Within 1 week
Open Positions: 25
Engagement: Full-time (8 hrs/day) with at least 4 hrs overlap with PST
Location: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on DS/ML development experience
Strong expertise in Python / Python for Data Science and Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
Proven ability to build DS/ML pipelines, optimize models, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proficiency in data cleaning, feature engineering, evaluation metrics, and production-grade DS/ML deployment
Bonus: Deep learning expertise, cloud platforms (AWS/Databricks), MLOps knowledge, Kaggle competitions
Evaluation Process:
Technical Interview (60 mins)
Delivery + Technical/Cultural Discussion (30 mins)
