Công ty TheX-Headhunter đang tuyển vị trí Data Engineer làm việc remote tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng từ 6 tháng đến 1 năm. Vai trò này sẽ tham gia xây dựng và vận hành quy trình ETL sử dụng Microsoft Fabric, định nghĩa kiến trúc dữ liệu, tích hợp dữ liệu với các hệ thống thông qua API và cộng tác cùng các kiến trúc sư để thiết lập tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và best practice. Ứng viên sẽ hưởng lương cạnh tranh cùng môi trường quốc tế chuyên nghiệp.
Yêu cầu nổi bật: tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm Data Engineer, thành thạo Microsoft Azure cùng các dịch vụ thuộc hệ sinh thái này (Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse, Functions…), đặc biệt có kinh nghiệm thực chiến với Microsoft Fabric, am hiểu ETL/ELT và tích hợp API REST. Ứng viên cần có khả năng đề xuất chuẩn kỹ thuật và giao tiếp tiếng Anh từ B2+ trở lên.
Đây là cơ hội gia nhập dự án đầu tiên triển khai Microsoft Fabric trong tổ chức, góp phần định hướng công nghệ và phát triển nền tảng dữ liệu cho doanh nghiệp.

Project Description
The first team assigned to this initiative will be responsible for building and delivering an ETL process that includes:
- Data ingestion from various sources using Microsoft Fabric.
- Data transformation and processing in accordance with the target architecture.
- Delivering processed data to the target Merlin system via existing API interfaces.
This is the organization’s first use of Microsoft Fabric, making it crucial to onboard experienced Senior Data Engineers to define working standards, architectural guidelines, best practices, and the overall direction for the data platform.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric.
- Defining data architecture and standards within the BOT project.
- Implementing data ingestion and transformation workflows.
- Integrating with the Merlin system through existing APIs.
- Collaborating with architects and client teams to establish best practices for working with Microsoft Fabric.
- Supporting the development of data pipelines and optimizing solutions for performance and scalability.
- Documenting created processes and solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, Synapse-related workloads).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric – production implementations or advanced PoCs.
- Practical experience with data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Experience with API (REST) integration.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT tools and data solution architecture.
- Ability to define standards, patterns, and best practices.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2+ level (international environment).
