Data Analyst (Remote)

The role focuses on developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor product and business KPIs, writing production-ready SQL, and performing data analysis alongside collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams. Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis or BI, expertise in SQL and at least one visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and proficiency in Python for data tasks. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), dbt or Airflow, and excellent communication skills in English are required. Experience with APIs, A/B testing, Git, or retail data is a plus.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that track product and business KPIs.
- Write production-ready SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory data analyses to uncover trends and guide decisions.
- Test and maintain data pipelines; help onboard new client data sets.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics and present insights.
- Document definitions, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or similar.
Strong SQL and at least one BI/visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Python for data manipulation & basic analysis.
Eager to learn modern cloud stacks (AWS / Azure) and tools like dbt or Airflow.
Excellent spoken & written English – you’ll collaborate with regional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Nice-to-have: experience with APIs / JSON, A/B testing stats, Git, or retail / consumer-behaviour data.
