Customer Support Collaborator (ca đêm)
Vị trí cộng tác viên hỗ trợ khách hàng làm việc trực tuyến hoàn toàn cho BSS Group với khung giờ 00:00-4:00, từ thứ Ba đến thứ Bảy hàng tuần. Bạn sẽ hỗ trợ khách quốc tế sử dụng ứng dụng Shopify, xử lý sự cố, phối hợp với các nhóm nội bộ và cập nhật kịp thời cho khách. Lương 60.000 VND/giờ, môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, nhiều cơ hội phát triển kỹ năng tiếng Anh và chuyên môn e-commerce.
Yêu cầu có tiếng Anh tương đương IELTS 6.5 hoặc cao hơn, hiểu biết cơ bản về HTML/CSS, ưu tiên từng làm hỗ trợ khách hàng/kỹ thuật ở lĩnh vực công nghệ hoặc thương mại điện tử. Đề cao khả năng giao tiếp, chủ động học hỏi, quản lý thời gian tốt và tinh thần trách nhiệm.

Customer Support Collaborator (ca đêm)

Location: Hanoi Capital Region (Remote)
Job Description: Provide timely support to international customers on how to set up and use our Shopify apps effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during app usage. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution. Provide timely updates on case progress and ensure smooth communication with customers. Take on additional assigned tasks (if any).
Requirements:
- Working hours (UTC+7): Regular shift (Remote): 00:00 AM – 4:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday (Start after training is completed).
- Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is required.
- Prior experience in Customer Support/Technical Support, especially in Technology or E-commerce, is a plus.
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Strong skills in communication, time management, and self-management.
