Customer Support Collaborator (100% Online, ca sáng/tối/đêm)
Vị trí cộng tác viên Hỗ trợ khách hàng tại BSS Group cho phép bạn làm việc từ xa 100% tại Hà Nội, với mức lương 60,000 VND/giờ trên cơ sở thực làm. Bạn sẽ hỗ trợ khách hàng sử dụng các ứng dụng Shopify, phối hợp cùng đội ngũ sản phẩm, tham gia đào tạo trực tuyến, và đảm nhận một số đầu việc thêm ngoài. Ca làm linh hoạt sáng/tối/đêm.
Yêu cầu chính: tiếng Anh tốt (tương đương IELTS 7.0), giao tiếp, phân tích tốt, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ khách hàng trên Shopify hoặc E-commerce và biết HTML/CSS cơ bản. Bạn sẽ được làm việc trong môi trường quốc tế năng động, cập nhật công nghệ mới nhất và chủ động về thời gian làm việc.

Customer Support Collaborator

Job Description:
- Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
- Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps
- Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks
- Keep customers updated on their requests
- Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps
- Participate in regular online training sessions
- Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload)
Requirements:
- Working hours are from 18:00 to 0:00 or 0:00 to 7:00 or 5:00 to 8:30 AM (Optional weekend shifts)
- Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis
- Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point
- Team player with a fast learning ability
