Description: We’re helping a digital solutions company find a hands-on CRM Developer to support the build, optimization, and maintenance of client and internal systems.
If you enjoy solving complex workflow problems, creating efficient automation, and working across modern tech stacks, this role is a great fit.
Part-Time: ~10 hours/week (potential to scale to full-time)
Schedule: UK working hours
Location: Fully Remote
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Start Date: TBD
Monthly Starting Rate: $400–$600 (based on a 10-hour workweek)
What You’ll Do
- Build and develop custom CRM systems tailored to client workflows
- Maintain and enhance existing platforms (bug fixes, updates, performance improvements)
- Create demo and training videos to guide clients through new systems and features
- Provide ongoing support through calls, troubleshooting, and solution implementation
- Prepare clear documentation for processes, systems, and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams during meetings and multi-phase projects
Additional Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal CRM and automation systems
- Research, test, and integrate new tools, extensions, and features
- Implement and improve best practices in development and system architecture
- Conduct light development work as needed
- Update documentation and technical process guides regularly
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of CRM development experience (Podio experience highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proven ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
- Independent, proactive, and able to manage time and deadlines well
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Podio extensions (Procfu, Globimail, Make, Zapier, etc.)
- Background working with tools like Basecamp, Asana, Airtable, or similar
- Knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON) and API integrations
- Experience with Bubble.io or other frontend no-code platforms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies >
- Web or mobile app development experience
