Genstock Investing Academy tuyển dụng Content Marketing Executive làm việc full-time hoặc part-time tại Hà Nội hoặc từ xa linh hoạt. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển nội dung tài chính cho kênh social media, thiết kế infographic, meme, quản lý cộng đồng và sáng tạo các chuỗi chủ đề mới. Thu nhập hấp dẫn từ 4–8 triệu đồng/tháng, làm việc trong môi trường startup trẻ trung, sáng tạo, được tài trợ sách và phát triển thương hiệu cá nhân trong cộng đồng tài chính trẻ.
Ứng viên cần có kỹ năng viết, storytelling, thành thạo Canva (ưu tiên biết thêm Photoshop/AI tools), biết nghiên cứu tài liệu, có kinh nghiệm phát triển cộng đồng online là lợi thế lớn và quan tâm đến đầu tư dài hạn. Có cơ hội thăng tiến lên Content Lead hoặc Investment Content Strategist. Được training và làm việc linh hoạt, sáng tạo.

Content Marketing Executive (Chuyên viên Nội dung)
Job Description
GenStock Investing Academy is seeking a Content Marketing Executive - Content & Design, with the ability to write and design financial - investment content to make knowledge visual, accessible, and inspiring for the GenZ Investor community.
This position is for those who love reading, writing, sharing, have creative thinking, and want to turn dry knowledge into engaging content on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Write social media posts (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) on investment, personal finance, stock topics for GenZ.
- Research books, documents, reports, investment stories to develop in-depth and inspiring content.
- Design infographics, memes, carousels, posters using Canva (or similar tools).
- Transform academic/dry ideas into accessible, understandable content.
- Propose content series ideas (e.g., "Value Investing 101", "Peter Lynch’s Tips for GenZ").
- Develop & manage community groups (Facebook/Discord/Zalo): find contributors, encourage discussions, maintain activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to deploy campaigns, track insights, and optimize content.
Key Requirements
- Skills in writing, storytelling, and the ability to translate complex ideas into understandable language.
- Knows how to use Canva (additional knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/AI tools is a plus).
- Passionate about reading and sharing, with the ability to research Vietnamese & English-language materials/books.
- Experience developing Facebook groups/online communities (as a moderator, admin, or content manager) is a big advantage.
- Preferred: interest in long-term investing, especially if interested in the Value Investing style.
Compensation
Salary: 4–8 million VND/month (part-time/full-time).
