Ứng viên sẽ tham gia nghiên cứu thị trường, hỗ trợ phát triển công cụ HR ứng dụng AI, phỏng vấn chuyên gia, tổng hợp tài liệu, với mức trợ cấp thực tập 500 SGD.
Yêu cầu gồm kỹ năng giao tiếp và nghiên cứu tốt, tư duy phân tích, khả năng làm việc độc lập và nhóm, cùng đam mê công nghệ HR. Kiến thức nền tảng về AI, Marketing, Business là điểm mạnh cho ứng viên.

Kosh Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Consulting Intern to join our team. This entry-level contract position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Consulting and contribute to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree and possess a strong interest in HR technology, AI, Marketing, Business Development, and related fields. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills. This is a remote role open to applicants from anywhere in Southeast Asia.
Internship Stipend: $500 SGD
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on HR technology trends, AI applications, and market analysis
- Interview consultants to gather additional insights and knowledge
- Compile and analyze findings to inform project direction
- Contribute to the design and development of an AI-powered HR consulting tool
- Present research summaries and assist with documentation
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong communication and research skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable conducting interviews and compiling research findings into reports
- Demonstrated interest in HR technology and consulting
