Consortium Network Architect
Vị trí làm việc cho Zimaw LLC, tại TP.HCM (làm từ xa), ký hợp đồng toàn thời gian với nhiệm vụ kiến trúc, chuẩn hoá, xây dựng và hỗ trợ giải pháp hạ tầng mạng và an ninh doanh nghiệp cho các môi trường đa địa điểm. Ứng viên sẽ tham gia phát triển tiêu chuẩn, thiết kế sơ đồ, xử lý sự cố cấp cao cùng đội ngũ quốc tế. Lương thưởng cạnh tranh, có hỗ trợ phát triển chuyên môn và chứng chỉ nghề.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 5 năm, chứng chỉ CCNA/CCNP/CCIE hoặc Fortinet NSE4-7, kỹ năng chuyên sâu về định tuyến, chuyển mạch, VPN, SD-WAN, am hiểu Zero-Trust, ITIL, và tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc đa nhà cung cấp/đa chi nhánh và có tư duy tài liệu hóa, phân tích, xử lý sự cố xuất sắc.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Network & Security Architect to design, standardize, and support enterprise-grade network and security solutions across multi-site environments.
You will work closely with global technology teams, participate in architecture planning, and support cross-vendor security and network initiatives (Cisco ↔ Fortinet), with a development path toward Global Consortium Network Architect responsibilities.
This role is ideal for experienced network engineers in Vietnam who want to grow into global architecture and regulated-environment competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cloud)
- Lead secure network architecture with Cisco & Fortinet platforms
- Architect and implement Zero-Trust principles & network segmentation
- Participate in Cisco ↔ Fortinet migration and standardization projects
- Develop configuration standards, documentation, and architecture diagrams
- Participate in ITIL-based change control and governance processes
- Troubleshoot complex L3-escalation network/security issues
- Collaborate with international teams & technology vendors
- Mentor and support network engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Networking & Security Expertise
- 5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise networking and network security
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, BGP/OSPF, VRF, SD-WAN
- Experience with firewalls, NAC, segmentation, identity-based security
Certification Requirement (must have at least one)
Cisco: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (Enterprise / Design)
Fortinet: NSE 4 – NSE 7 (awareness of NSE 8 framework is a plus)
Cloud / Microsoft Security (preferred): Familiarity with Microsoft Entra / Intune / Azure Network Security
Governance / Frameworks: ITIL Foundation (Change & Incident Management), Understanding of NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and Zero-Trust concepts
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in multi-vendor & multi-site enterprise environments
- ITIL / ServiceNow or similar ITSM change management knowledge
- Background in MSP/ISP, banking, telecom, manufacturing, or global delivery centers
- Basic understanding of automation (Ansible, API templates) is a plus
- English: strong written and verbal communication skills
