This collaborative approach helps ensure that knowledge is integrated into policies, institutional processes, and practices to achieve sustainable impact.

Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for the position of Collaborator at Uptake Center for Knowledge Transfer & Innovation. As a Collaborator, your primary responsibilities include contributing to research efforts, supporting the development of innovative projects, tools and resources, and participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives. You will engage with stakeholders to assist in the execution of Uptake's flagship programs, drive evidence-based decision-making processes, and support the integration of knowledge into institutional practices. Additionally, you will have opportunities to collaborate on strategies that facilitate the organization’s mission of fostering positive social impact through knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and present findings effectively
- Experience in knowledge sharing, innovation facilitation, and an understanding of processes that support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Good written and verbal communication skills for developing tools, resources, and collaborative strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Proficiency in project management support, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with development or social impact programs is a plus
- Interest in global health, development, or social innovation is desirable
