Công việc bao gồm quản lý phát triển thị trường kênh năng lượng mới tại Đông Nam Á, xây dựng quan hệ khách hàng lớn, phối hợp các bộ phận kỹ thuật và kinh doanh, tham gia hội chợ triển lãm sự kiện, báo cáo trực tiếp về trụ sở chính.
Ứng viên phù hợp phải có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng năng lượng mới, thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung, bằng đại học ngành kinh doanh hoặc liên quan, kỹ năng giao tiếp - phối hợp mạnh mẽ và sẵn sàng đi công tác. Quyền lợi bao gồm vị trí quản lý cấp cao, thăng tiến nội bộ và môi trường trẻ, năng động, có ảnh hưởng lớn đến ngành năng lượng xanh.

Position: Channel Sales Manager (New Energy in Southeast Asia)
Company: Mango Power · Vietnam (Remote)
Description: This is a channel sales position in Southeast Asia. We are expecting you to have sales experience in products such as photovoltaic energy storage and inverters in the new energy industry.
Your Tasks
- Explore and manage the new energy channel market in Southeast Asia, independently seek new sales opportunities, and gain a deep understanding of the business.
- Actively carry out business expansion and relationship building: independently and proactively contact potential customers, and establish good relationships with the stakeholders and decision-makers of challenging large clients.
- Develop and screen new business opportunities, coordinate subsequent work to facilitate new business and develop existing customers.
- Coordinate activities with the product development, customer support, and technical teams to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate: create and present high-quality, professional presentation materials for potential partners, and confidently introduce the business situation.
- Participate and assist in trade exhibitions and conferences and other events.
- Report work to the headquarters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in business or related fields.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the new energy industry.
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork and be able to work closely with the team to provide unique value propositions to customers.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, passionate about the mission, and dedicated to enhancing people's awareness of renewable energy and sustainable development.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Willing to undertake irregular business trips.
