Vị trí làm việc tại Cooler Master, TP.HCM (Remote), loại hình toàn thời gian. Công việc tập trung vào phát triển kênh phân phối, quản lý nhà phân phối, mở rộng kênh khu vực miền Nam và tăng số lượng đại lý VIP. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng kế hoạch tài khoản, thực hiện hành động tiếp thị, rà soát PSI hàng tuần cũng như tiếp nhận và phân tích thông tin thị trường đối thủ cạnh tranh.

Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kênh bán lẻ CNTT tại Việt Nam, kỹ năng lập kế hoạch tài khoản, quản lý mối quan hệ nhà phân phối và phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh. Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm thực tế tại thị trường Việt Nam.

Job Description

  • Channel Development
  • Reseller Management: Increase in-house-share significantly in managed accounts by delivering solid account plan including business and marketing relevant actions.
  • Develop regional (south) channel coverage.
  • Increase VIP reseller accounts.
  • Disty Management: Weekly Disty PSI review. Deliver comprehensive action items to achieve team target.
  • Market Information: Collect competitors' marketing info (pricing, promo/program, event, marketing materials, etc.) from channel partners and open sources.
  • Create a comprehensive product comparison.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Channel Management.
  • Direct experience in Vietnam retail IT channel.
