Channel Partnership Manager - Emerging Asia/APAC/SEA/ASEAN (Payment/FinTech/Crypto)

Công việc yêu cầu khả năng đàm phán, điều phối nhiều bên, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp lý và cập nhật xu hướng thị trường fintech-Crypto trong khu vực.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm về payment, fintech hoặc crypto tại Southeast Asia/Châu Á mới nổi. Ưu tiên những ai sở hữu mạng lưới đối tác sẵn có, hiểu sâu về payment rails, FX, tuân thủ các quy định địa phương. Ứng viên nên thông thạo tiếng Anh, ưu tiên biết thêm một ngôn ngữ khu vực.

Primary Description
OSL (Remote) is looking for a Payment Channel Partnership Manager to focus on Emerging Asia & SEA regions to own and grow payment partnerships in the area. This high-impact role involves building and managing relationships with local payment service providers, banks, and FX liquidity providers to enable seamless collection and payout capabilities for OSL Pay and BizPay products.

Payment Channel Partnership Manager – APAC (Emerging Asia & SEA)
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development – Identify, vet, and onboard local PSPs, banking partners, and FX liquidity providers across Emerging Asia and ASEAN markets.
- Negotiation & Management – Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, service levels, and compliance requirements.
- FX & Liquidity – Ensure competitive foreign exchange rates and reliable liquidity for local currency pairs by managing relationships with FX providers and leveraging stablecoin rails.
- Regulatory Alignment – Partner with legal and compliance to ensure all payment channels meet the diverse and evolving local regulations across APAC jurisdictions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with product and operations teams to integrate new payment solutions, reduce friction, and optimize transaction success rates.
- Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of local market developments, including new PSP entrants, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in APAC fintech and crypto.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep APAC / SEA expertise – 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or crypto with a strong focus on Southeast Asia (ASEAN) and broader Emerging Asian markets.
- Partner network – Established relationships with local PSPs, banks, and/or FX providers in the region. Familiarity with key players.
- Payment rails knowledge – Solid understanding of local payment methods and how they interact with crypto/stablecoin flows.
- FX & liquidity acumen – Experience sourcing competitive FX rates, managing currency risk, or working with liquidity providers in emerging markets.
- Regulatory awareness – Knowledge of local payment and crypto regulations in key APAC markets.
- Commercial mindset – Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage supplier costs, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Crypto familiarity – Understanding of stablecoins, cross-border crypto payments, and the challenges faced in the industry.
- Languages – Fluent in English; fluency in one or more key regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) is preferred.
