JOB DESCRIPTION

This role focuses on sourcing and managing U.S.-based TikTok Shop affiliates, working closely with creators to drive content production and optimize performance. You will be responsible for building creator partnerships that directly contribute to sales growth and campaign results.

TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations

• Execute end-to-end TikTok Shop affiliate operations, including affiliate outreach, relationship management, and CRM-based pipeline management across both existing and new affiliates
  • Target Market: United States
  • KPI: Manage 100+ guideline-compliant content uploads per month, maintain 50+ active affiliates monthly, and sustain 5–10 core affiliates per tier.
• Manage creator content production by coordinating with affiliates, reviewing drafts, providing guideline-based feedback, and ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate content performance, translating insights into actionable improvements for creators and content strategy
• Optimize content guidelines and propose new content formats, creative ideas, and testing initiatives based on performance data

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in influencer marketing
• Strong English speaking ability to discuss work with the internal team and communicate with global influencers
  • Work meetings via video call will be held regularly
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and U.S. social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and creator-driven commerce.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Strong understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry
• Experience collaborating with global influencers or affiliates
• Hands-on experience operating TikTok or other short-form content platforms
• Experience analyzing content performance using data-driven insights

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10 AM – 11 AM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 17 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
