We’re hiring a Business Recruiter to join ConnectHum and work closely with fast-growing global tech companies building ambitious products.

Your Impact:
Source candidates using internal and external tools and talent databases
Conduct pre-screen and screening interviews
Act as a role ambassador and clearly position opportunities to candidates
Act as a candidate advocate and present strong profiles to clients
Manage communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Your Superpower:
Experience working in or with tech companies and startups
Experience hiring for business roles such as Sales, Operations and GTM
Active use of AI tools in sourcing or workflow optimization
Strong learning agility and ownership mindset
Fluent English
Bonus Points If:
Experience working with global markets such as the EU and US
Understanding of startup environments and scaling teams
