Business Operations Analyst
Vị trí này thuộc Infotree Global Solutions, làm việc từ xa (APAC), hợp đồng 1 năm. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm tối ưu hóa quy trình, phân tích dữ liệu, hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch kinh doanh và phối hợp các bên liên quan cấp quản lý. Yêu cầu thành thạo tiếng Nhật - Anh và kỹ năng Excel. Ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm Power BI, Power Apps, mức lương thương lượng.
Ứng viên cần có bằng cử nhân lĩnh vực kinh doanh, tài chính, CNTT hoặc liên quan, kinh nghiệm mảng Sales Ops/Bán hàng/Tài chính. Ưu tiên từng làm việc đa chức năng và xử lý dữ liệu lớn, khả năng giao tiếp tốt với lãnh đạo. Tư duy tối ưu hóa và kỹ năng phân tích sâu là bắt buộc.

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Primary Description:
Need someone who can provide deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights, focusing on process optimization and business outcomes. History of driving rigor and sales discipline. Innovation in delivering standards for speed, efficiency, and scalability. Proven communication and collaboration skills.
Experience Required:
- Excellent experience in Excel.
- Deep knowledge within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance.
- Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in delivering process optimization by understanding business outcomes.
- History of driving rigor and sales discipline.
Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with financials, pipeline, scorecarding, and other internal measurement tools.
- Functional knowledge in Partner, Services, Sales, Marketing.
- Experience in Power Apps and Power BI.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields e.g., business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
