Vị trí này thuộc công ty Eastgate Software, làm việc tại Việt Nam (Remote), hợp đồng toàn thời gian, tập trung phát triển thị trường quốc tế thông qua việc xây dựng pipeline bán hàng, tìm kiếm khách hàng mới và sở hữu toàn bộ chu trình bán hàng từ tiếp cận đến ký kết hợp đồng. Ứng viên sẽ nhận lương cạnh tranh, thưởng doanh thu, 13 tháng lương, cùng nhiều phúc lợi như checkup sức khỏe hàng năm và môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, linh hoạt.

Ứng viên cần có 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm Sales B2B lĩnh vực IT/Phần mềm, tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành Kinh doanh hoặc Marketing, thành thạo CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation tools, có kinh nghiệm quốc tế (APAC/MENA hoặc Châu Âu) và sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo (biết tiếng Đức là lợi thế). Ưu tiên ứng viên có tư duy chủ động, kiên trì và định hướng kết quả.

Position Overview

The Senior Business Development Executive is a hunter role focused on acquiring new customers through outbound prospecting and converting them into paying clients. You “eat what you kill”: from identifying prospects to closing contracts, you own the full sales cycle. This role is KPI-driven, requiring persistence in outreach, rigor in pipeline building, and effectiveness in converting opportunities into revenue.

Your Responsibilities

Market Development & Targeting

  • Research and segment the assigned market (APAC/MENA or Germany/Europe) to identify high-potential accounts.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and prioritize key decision-makers for outreach.
  • Spot and act on client signals (fundraising, expansion, tech upgrade needs, leadership changes).

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Ownership

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, calls, event follow-ups) to generate leads.
  • Drive qualified meetings (SQLs) through persistent and structured outreach.
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of opportunities aligned with quarterly/annual targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools.
  • International sales exposure (APAC/MENA or Europe) required.
