Business Development Manager
Our Client, a leading global online trading provider, is seeking experienced professionals for a remote role based in Vietnam. This is a full-time opportunity as part of the company’s strategic expansion across Southeast Asia. You will lead efforts to grow the company’s presence in key markets including Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, sales and marketing oversight, finance operations, and team leadership. This position offers a competitive compensation of USD 5,000/month (base salary + commission), and a unique chance to help shape the future of a global brand in one of the region's fastest-growing industries.
Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years of experience in the Forex industry and a deep understanding of the trading and brokerage landscape in one or more of the target countries. A proven track record in client acquisition and Introducing Broker (IB) development is essential, and experience in managing small teams is highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills are critical for success, along with keen insight into market trends and compliance needs in local financial sectors.
