Vị trí này tại Aitek Group dành cho chuyên gia phát triển kinh doanh làm việc từ xa ở Việt Nam, hợp đồng freelancer. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng dịch vụ cho thuê nhân sự trong lĩnh vực IT, SAP, kỹ thuật,... thông qua xây dựng pipeline khách hàng, phát triển mối quan hệ với nhà ra quyết định và phối hợp cùng đội nội bộ để đảm bảo cung ứng kịp thời.
Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm bán dịch vụ nhân sự IT/SAP, kỹ năng tạo lead, xây dựng quan hệ với khách hàng doanh nghiệp và năng lực quản lý toàn bộ chu trình bán hàng. Ứng viên phải tìm hiểu xu hướng thị trường, cạnh tranh cũng như biết quy trình RFP/đấu thầu.

Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Staff Augmentation Services business. This is a remote contract position, ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for staff augmentation services across IT, SAP, engineering, and other professional domains.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads) at client organizations.
- Understand client requirements, present customized proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client demands.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and client performance metrics.
- Participate in RFPs, bids, and pricing discussions as required.
