Vị trí này tại Glints (làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam) dành cho người có kinh nghiệm quản lý khách hàng và phát triển kinh doanh ngành MICE, du lịch, sự kiện. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng mạng lưới đối tác, xây dựng pipeline khách hàng, quản lý các dự án sự kiện với khách quốc tế và đảm bảo doanh số mục tiêu. Lương cạnh tranh, thưởng tháng 13, phụ cấp công tác và cơ hội tham gia đội ngũ tăng trưởng khu vực.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có 4+ năm kinh nghiệm sales hoặc BD MICE/du lịch, giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh, tư duy chủ động, tốt nghiệp các ngành liên quan. Kỹ năng đàm phán, xây dựng đề xuất dự án và quản lý khách hàng rất quan trọng.

Description: Our client is a Singapore-headquartered event services company, delivering 360° event solutions from strategy, planning, and creative design to flawless execution. Known for award-winning event experiences, they partner with global brands to deliver impactful, innovative, and memorable events across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation: Identify, target, and secure new clients and partners.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute campaigns, networking activities, and partnerships to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Craft proposals, pitch tailored solutions, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with corporates and multinationals.
- Account Management: Act as the primary contact, ensuring smooth event delivery and client retention.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiation & Budgeting: Manage costs, contracts, and vendor partnerships effectively.
- Leadership: Coordinate with event teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years in sales / business development within MICE, tourism, or hospitality.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, event management, or related fields.
Language: Fluent English (Vietnamese & other regional languages are a plus).
