Business Analyst – TikTok Shop eCom (Affiliate Video Selling)
Hiip, a leading influencer platform in Southeast Asia, is hiring a Full-time Business Analyst based in Ho Chi Minh City to support their TikTok Shop Affiliate Video Selling team. The role involves campaign performance analysis, writing business requirement documents (BRDs), building internal tools like dashboards and CRMs, and working cross-functionally with creators, sellers, and developers. This foreign-owned e-commerce and tech company offers competitive compensation, performance reviews, team outings, women-friendly policies, and full social insurance.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in business analysis or data/campaign analysis, preferably in eCommerce, marketing, or product. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and familiarity with process flows (e.g., flowcharts, swimlanes) are required. Preference is given to those with knowledge of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and influencer commerce, and a startup mindset (adaptability, proactivity).

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Phân tích hiệu suất video/creator để hỗ trợ tối ưu chiến dịch bán hàng qua TikTok Shop.
• Viết tài liệu yêu cầu (BRD, User Story) để xây hệ thống nội bộ: dashboard, CRM, content pipeline.
• Đề xuất quy trình tối ưu và loại bỏ thủ công trong quản lý affiliate creators.
• Làm việc với các team vận hành, seller, creator, data/dev để triển khai hệ thống và báo cáo.
• Theo dõi chỉ số performance (GMV, CR, ROI, CPC) và hỗ trợ insight cho decision-making.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
• Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm BA hoặc vị trí phân tích dữ liệu/chiến dịch trong eCom/marketing/sản phẩm.
• Tư duy logic, phân tích hệ thống tốt, biết vẽ flow quy trình (flowchart, swimlane…)
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp tốt với đa phòng ban.
Ưu tiên nếu có:
• Hiểu rõ mô hình TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, social commerce.
• Từng làm việc trong mô hình bán hàng qua video, influencer, affiliate.
• Có mindset startup: chủ động, nhanh, thích nghi, tự học nhanh.
