Business Analyst (Strong Tableau)
Vị trí toàn thời gian tại Innovature, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, tập trung vào thiết kế, quản lý dashboard trên Tableau, phân tích dữ liệu bằng Excel, SQL và phối hợp các bên liên quan. Lương cạnh tranh, thưởng Tết tháng 13 cùng nhiều đãi ngộ hấp dẫn như bảo hiểm, kiểm tra sức khỏe, môi trường tiếng Anh.
Yêu cầu có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Data/Business Analyst, thành thạo Tableau, SQL, tốt nghiệp ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan. Biết Python, C#, VBA, SSIS là một lợi thế. Ứng viên cần có kỹ năng tổ chức, giao tiếp và quản lý dự án tốt.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, create and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Work closely with data engineers on data models and warehouse maintenance
- Conduct ad hoc industry research
- Create and update slides for client meetings and business reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or similar fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Tableau and data management
- Intermediate to advanced Database and Transact SQL skills
- Experience in Python, C#, VBA, and SSIS is a plus

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 3PM – 6PM and 9PM – 2AM (Split shift) or 9PM - 6AM (Nightshift)
