We are looking for social media specialist to run influencer free gifting campaigns in the Southeast Asia, Middle East, and India markets. This role involves listing influencers, securing shipping addresses, managing seeding progress, and monitoring content, and requires a strong understanding of social media marketing and local consumer trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an operator for the North American Marketing Team of B.O.J, you will operate nano/micro influencer collaborations, from handling inbound PR requests to managing free gifting campaigns, creator communications, and shipping management.

KOC Booking Operations

• Handle inbound seeding requests (Google Form, email, DM), collect creator info, review eligibility, and manage status (Under Review / Approved / On Hold / Rejected)
  • KPI: Listing 200+ creators per day
• Identify and list outbound target creators, conduct cold outreach and manage responses
• Communicate with creators: send campaign guides, request shipping info, manage upload schedules, and follow up on delays or non-responses
• Collect and organize shipping info, coordinate product dispatch, track delivery status, and resolve shipping issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No work experience required
• Ability to compose business emails in English and communicate with global influencers (no speaking required)
• Proficiency in organizing data using Excel and meticulous management skills
• Sense of responsibility to perform repetitive operational tasks diligently and reliably
• Analytical thinking to identify improvement points and insights based on issues arising during campaign operations
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Understanding of the beauty/cosmetics industry or influencer marketing
• Experience as a creator (KOL) or understanding of content creation
• Prior experience in influencer seeding operations
• Understanding of short-form content platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and ability to suggest ideas

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10 AM – 11 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 10 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
