Backend/Platform Developer (Java)
Công ty Supercoder đang tuyển lập trình viên Backend/Platform làm việc remote từ khu vực APAC, hợp đồng full-time. Bạn sẽ thiết kế, xây dựng hệ thống backend với Java, Spring Boot, cải thiện kiến trúc máy chủ, quản lý hạ tầng AWS/Azure và phối hợp nhóm sản phẩm phát triển các tính năng mới. Môi trường phát triển năng động, tốc độ cao.
Yêu cầu bao gồm kinh nghiệm lập trình Java, Spring/Spring Boot, hiểu thiết kế REST API, triển khai, vận hành dịch vụ trên AWS hoặc Azure, xử lý sự cố, tối ưu hiệu năng, thích ứng tốt môi trường startup. Ưu tiên ứng viên biết Docker, CI/CD, IaC hoặc từng làm việc với dịch vụ AI/LLM hoặc sản phẩm SaaS.

Building on that experience, we are now scaling up our AI Interview service and AI Recruiter Agent.

Engineers with solid hands-on experience in Java + Spring Framework
Engineers who have personally built or operated infrastructure on AWS or Azure

3–5 YOE engineers who can lead their own work and solve problems independently

What You'll Do
Design and build the core backend systems powering our products, on Java + Spring Framework
Improve the server and platform architecture of the Supercoder global recruitment platform and our AI Interview service
Design, build, and automate AWS / Azure infrastructure
Harden our services for reliability, performance, and scale
Partner with the product team to ship features that solve real hiring and talent-management problems — fast
Design platform architecture that cleanly connects our AI services with backend and infrastructure layers
Experiment aggressively with new tools and engineering practices to raise team productivity
Requirements
Production experience building services with Java and Spring / Spring Boot
Strong grasp of REST API design, database modeling, and server architecture
Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on AWS or Azure
Experience with incident response, performance tuning, and logging/monitoring on live services
Comfort with a startup pace — fast iteration, tight feedback loops
Ability to balance technical quality with business impact
Nice to Have
Experience building multi-cloud or DevOps environments
Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring stacks
Backend experience integrating with AI / LLM-based services
Experience building Recruitment, HR, or SaaS products
Experience running global or multilingual services
Experience shipping product in a small team with high ownership
