Backend Engineer (GenAI & DevOps)

Ứng viên cần thành thạo Python, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native, có kinh nghiệm tích hợp GenAI, LLM. Ưu tiên từng làm việc với Weaviate, LangChain hoặc startup giai đoạn đầu. Kỹ năng phát triển dịch vụ AI và hiểu biết hạ tầng quy mô lớn là điểm cộng lớn.

Role: Backend Engineer (GenAI & DevOps)
Company: Evolution Singapore · Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote)
Description: This role combines AI backend development with responsibility for deployment, scalability, and infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI-driven backend services in Python
- Own deployment pipelines and environment setup on GCP
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimizations
- Support scalable orchestration of AI workflows and agents
- Collaborate closely with Wells on architecture and system reliability
Required Skills:
- Strong Python backend experience
- Hands-on experience with GenAI systems and LLM integration
- Solid DevOps experience on GCP, automation
- Experience with containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native tooling
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure challenges at production scale
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Weaviate, Supabase, LangChain, or LangGraph
- Prior experience in early-stage startups
This role is remote first, hybrid later in HCMC.
