Vị trí này tại Confluence, làm việc toàn thời gian tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, phù hợp cho những ai yêu thích dữ liệu và quy trình vận hành đầu tư. Ứng viên sẽ đảm nhiệm việc duy trì dữ liệu, giám sát, phân tích bộ dữ liệu, tạo báo cáo, cập nhật tài liệu, cùng tham gia cải tiến quy trình vận hành. Giờ làm việc từ 11h – 20h, có hỗ trợ on-call và nhận nhiều chính sách phúc lợi hấp dẫn.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự, thành thạo SQL, Excel và ưu tiên nếu biết Python, VBA. Nền tảng tài chính, SaaS là một lợi thế lớn. Bằng đại học liên quan là bắt buộc. Ứng viên cần khả năng tổ chức tốt, tư duy logic, chủ động và linh hoạt.

Associate data operations analysts are responsible for the organization and maintenance of our data, ensuring accuracy and integrity while also developing new ways to improve efficiency. They will work closely with the Analysts / Specialists / SMEs to develop and implement processes and procedures for data entry, storage, and retrieval.
An Associate Data Operations Analyst should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the Analysts and Specialists assigned to work with them, at the same time they also need to ask questions and ensure there is complete understanding of the expectations.

  • Maintain and update mapping tables and working files using internal systems and proprietary software 💻
  • Monitor data traffic and schedules; source, cleanse, and verify incoming data 📊
  • Analyze datasets and respond to queries from business teams and clients 🕵️‍♂️
  • Generate reports to assess and improve filing quality 📑
  • Support project initiatives and collaborate with global colleagues 🌍
  • Prepare and maintain clear process documentation 📝
  • Capture operational changes and escalate issues when necessary 🚨
  • Contribute to process improvements by building checks and controls in consultation with Analysts and Specialists 🔍
  • Identify data inconsistencies and variances; raise incident reports proactively ⚠️
  • Manage timelines and reporting deliverables ⏰
  • Create filings and load data into the Confluence regulatory platform 🗂️
  • Execute calculations and perform validation checks on all deliverables ✔️
  • Solid problem-solving skills applied to data-driven investment management workflows 🧩
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage workload independently 🗃️
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and collaborating with team members 🤝
  • Self-motivated learner who shares knowledge and supports team development 📚
  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments 🌪️
  • Communicates clearly; able to lead calls and present content to stakeholders and clients 📞
  • Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) 🖥️
  • Familiar with VBA Macros and Python (basic level; considered a plus) 🐍
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Background in Financial / Investment Services or SaaS industry
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institute
  • 11:00am – 20:00pm
  • On-call support may be required depending on demands
