Hợp đồng toàn thời gian, lương 1,000 USD/tháng, nhiều ngày nghỉ linh hoạt và cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp trong môi trường startup năng động, trẻ trung, đa quốc gia.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trợ lý/điều hành, tốt nghiệp đại học ngành kinh doanh hoặc liên quan, thành thạo tiếng Anh, kỹ năng logic, tổng hợp, tổ chức xuất sắc và ưu tiên hiểu biết lĩnh vực crypto. Job Title: Assistant Remote Co-founder Web3

Company: HrGlobal · Vietnam (Remote)

Description: A cryptocurrency-focused company operating in the Web3 ecosystem. We work at the intersection of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial innovation. As we scale our operations, we are expanding our team to support executive and operational functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Level: Staff
  • Working type: Fully remote
  • Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional hours may be required), Mon-Sun & Sat half days.
  • Days off: When needed, subject to prior approval

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Executive to provide administrative and operational support to executives and management. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive Schedule & Work Coordination
    • Manage and optimize the calendar based on strategic priorities.
    • Coordinate meetings with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, partners, investors, and consultants.
    • Arrange domestic and international business trips, meetings, etc.
    • Track, remind, and follow up on all assignments to internal departments.
  2. Executive Documentation & Reporting
    • Prepare meeting materials, management reports, proposals, and Board submissions.
    • Consolidate information from departments and projects upon request.
    • Standardize management, project, and strategic reports.
    • Review and ensure accuracy, logic, data integrity, and content consistency.
  3. Decision & Commitment Tracking
    • Record all conclusions, directives, and resolutions from meetings.
    • Monitor execution progress across departments. Provide periodic status reports on decisions, commitments, and action items.
  4. Partner & Investor Support
    • Support the CEO in meetings with partners, investors, and international operators.
    • Track discussion outcomes, cooperation commitments, and post-meeting actions.
  5. Ad-hoc Executive Support
    • Perform other assigned tasks.
    • Ensure absolute confidentiality of strategic, financial, and senior leadership information.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant (Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role)

Mandatory Requirements

  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant (Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role)
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong logical and systems thinking.
    • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and report-writing capabilities
    • Outstanding organizational and priority management skills.
    • Polished, professional, and tactful communication.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Bonus Skills

Prefer to have experience/knowledge in the crypto field.
