In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the legal landscape of our organization by providing expert guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and contractual matters. You'll manage complex legal challenges across various subsidiaries, particularly focusing on growth initiatives in different regions. \n- Advise on board and shareholder matters, entity management, and corporate records related to corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including NDAs, master sales agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as employment, privacy, and data security requirements.
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, manage outside counsel, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist with due diligence, transaction documents, and integration planning for M&A activities.
- Contribute to the development of internal policies and compliance programs.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to a state bar in good standing.
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably from corporate or large law firm settings.
- Strong knowledge in corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with business leaders.
