Yêu cầu bao gồm tốt nghiệp đại học liên quan đến Quản trị Kinh doanh, Khách sạn hoặc lĩnh vực tương đương, có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, cùng với kỹ năng giao tiếp, lãnh đạo và hiểu biết về thị trường du lịch Leisure. Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm báo cáo, forecast doanh số và am hiểu ngành du lịch nghỉ dưỡng.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the leisure market segment, ensuring strategies are aligned with overall commercial objectives.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and wedding planners, leveraging personal reputation and established market connections.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the leisure segment and design exclusive packages to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create and promote experiential offerings that showcase the resort’s unique features.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine and adapt sales strategies.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to support informed decision‑making.
  • Work closely with Reservations and Revenue teams to optimize pricing, availability, and distribution strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Keeps executives, peers, and subordinates informed with timely updates.
  • Records and maintains information in written or electronic formats.
  • Participates in staff, forecast, and long‑range planning meetings as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
  • Minimum of two year’ experience in the similar role or related professional area.
  • Experience with Hospitality Industry
