Android Training Manager
Aceolution, a global IT and media consultancy based in Tokyo, is hiring a remote Android Training Manager in Vietnam. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for designing and delivering scalable partner training programs for Android devices, especially across retail and carrier channels. You'll oversee the entire training lifecycle—from strategic planning and operations to in-person and virtual delivery—while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and global partners. The position includes organizing training events, crafting learning content, and providing localized solutions that meet regional needs. Strong knowledge of Android products and ecosystems, polished public speaking skills, and project management capabilities are expected. About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Android Training Lead / Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic training plans and programs, with a primary focus on supporting partner initiatives involving carriers and retailers. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective, scalable, and engaging training strategies across applicable regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end training lifecycle—planning, operations, delivery (in-person and virtual), and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with client leadership to design structured product training plans and coordinate with vendors and agencies.
- Develop partner training and enablement strategies aligned with business objectives and product launches.
- Perform task analysis, report on training outcomes, and recommend improvements based on results.
- Lead the execution of formal and informal partner training: instructor-led sessions, e-learning, one-pagers, and demos.
- Localize global content and develop region-specific materials while adhering to brand and quality standards.
- Organize and deliver scalable training events and presentations for carrier and retailer partners.
- Coordinate field training teams (in-store and call centers), including onboarding and content delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience designing and executing dynamic training programs, ideally in a retail and/or consumer electronics setting.
- Strong familiarity with Android mobile products and the Android ecosystem.
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable speaking in front of varied group sizes and at events.
- Demonstrated project management experience, especially in training or event delivery environments.
- Ability to work effectively in high-growth, fast-paced settings with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50% based on training needs.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience as a trainer related to Android development is an added advantage.
