JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work alongside marketers at Amapress HQ to serve as an operator who manages client e-commerce accounts on their behalf.

E-commerce Platform Store Setup
- Handle store setup procedures on behalf of clients on platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, and TikTokShop

E-commerce Platform Operations - Client Accounts
- Manage inventory, restocking alerts, and logistics coordination
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including coupons, vouchers, and deals
- Optimize product pages through improved listings, SEO, and content accuracy
- Track and analyze promotion and sales performance, and propose actionable improvements
- Handle customer service inquiries and support issue resolution
- Resolve platform policy, compliance, and product-related issues efficiently
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate via chat/text effectively with a global internal team (using AI tools to support is allowed)
- Highly detail-oriented, confident in managing data and platforms accurately with minimal errors
- You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.
JOB PREFERENCES
- Experience working for cosmetics or other consumer goods brand, or at a related agency
- Proficiency-level English speaking ability sufficient for work communication
- Hands-on experience operating the Shopify or other global e-commerce platforms
- Experience with company-wide Notion adoption in startups or enterprises
- Experience integrating automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Slack, Google Workspace, APIs)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp)

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)
- Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
- You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

- Specialist : Gross 14 ~ 18 M VND / month
- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Payment details
- 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
- Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

- Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
