Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional AI Scientist to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. The successful candidate will have deep domain expertise in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong research background in Generative AI (GenAI), advanced model architectures, and agentic system design. This role requires the ability to design and deploy AI systems at production scale, as well as demonstrate outstanding skill in applying cutting-edge AI tools within the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research in AI, specializing in GenAI, model architectures, and agentic design.
- Develop proposals and consult our clients on how to boost their productivity and operation efficiency via AI integration.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable AI systems for production environments.
- Maintain and leverage strong connections with the global AI research community (including but not limited to figures such as Andrew Ng, Yoshua Bengio, and Yann LeCun).
- Apply state-of-the-art AI approaches to programming challenges, demonstrating mastery of a wide range of AI tools for the software sector.
- Rapidly prototype and demo AI-powered products, including live coding sessions showcasing product creation within minutes.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Publish research findings and represent the organization at international conferences and workshops.
Minimum Requirements
- Master in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- Deep technical expertise in AI, including substantial research in GenAI, model development, and agentic design.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems at scale in production.
- Strong professional network and active engagement with the international AI research community.
- Exceptional programming capabilities and in-depth knowledge of AI tools relevant to the software industry.
- Ability to deliver high-impact AI demonstrations and rapid product prototyping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Experience contributing to or leading open-source AI projects.
- Prior experience in a Center of Excellence or similar high-impact research setting.
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
