Ứng viên sẽ đảm nhận vai trò phát triển full-stack trên nền tảng TypeScript, React, Next.js và AWS, xây dựng các tính năng thử nghiệm, đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành ổn định với giám sát (Grafana), tối ưu hệ thống và quản lý quy trình CI/CD. Môi trường startup với tốc độ cao, đề cao văn hóa code chất lượng và cơ hội tác động sản phẩm lớn.

The Role
Your primary focus is agility. You will bridge the gap between "scrappy prototype" and "production-ready system," ensuring we can test new ideas without compromising long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid Prototyping: Design and build proof-of-concept features to test market hypotheses and gather user feedback.
- Full-Stack Ownership: Develop across our TypeScript stack, from React/Next.js frontends to AWS-backed services.
- System Reliability: Own observability and uptime. You’ll manage Grafana metrics, troubleshoot incidents, and implement preventive measures to keep the platform highly available.
- Technical Excellence: Maintain our culture of strict type-checking and clean code while balancing the need for speed.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are a seasoned developer who thrives in the "zero-to-one" phase. You enjoy the challenge of building from scratch but have the foresight to reduce technical debt before it becomes a bottleneck.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development.
- The Stack: Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js. You should be comfortable with state management (Zustand/Context API) and strict linting/typing.
- Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform (IaC).
- Data: Strong command of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Operations: Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and system monitoring/incident response.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex logic and architectural decisions in English.
- Location: This is a fully remote role. We require a stable, permanent work environment (no digital nomads or side-gigs, please).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Viem or Ethers.js.
- Familiarity with Ethereum development tools like Foundry or Hardhat.
