Yêu cầu ứng viên từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm dựng hình 3D kiến trúc, thành thạo 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, ưu tiên có Unreal Engine hoặc Chaos Vantage. Cần portfolio xuất sắc, giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, làm việc toàn thời gian tại Việt Nam theo giờ Úc.

Realview Studio is a boutique visualization studio that produces high-grade visualizations for property marketing and communications. Partnering with some of Australia’s most innovative developers, builders, architects, and agencies, we deliver compelling renders, animations, and films that showcase each project’s unique vision.
We are looking for a legendary 3D Artist whose work makes people stop and ask: is this real? This role is primarily focused on producing photorealistic still images at the highest standard. If your portfolio doesn’t come close to photography-level realism, this won’t be the right role.
Job Description
As a 3D Artist at Realview Studio, your main responsibility will be creating stunning, photo-real still renders using Corona and V-Ray. You’ll be producing images at scale for property marketing campaigns, while also contributing to animations and films when required.
Since this is a fully remote position, fast, clear communication—both written and verbal—is essential. You must be able to respond quickly, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Responsibilities
- Produce photorealistic still renders at a standard indistinguishable from photography.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without loss of quality.
- Interpret briefs and architectural drawings accurately, turning them into compelling visuals.
- Provide clear, timely communication and progress updates in remote reviews.
- Contribute to animations and film projects where required.
- Maintain the highest standards of realism, precision, and detail throughout the workflow.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in 3D rendering and architectural visualization.
- Proven expertise in 3ds Max with Corona and V-Ray render engines.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and preferably Australian building standards.
- Experience with Unreal Engine (highly regarded); experience with Chaos Vantage is a plus.
- A portfolio that makes people question whether your renders are photographs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive in a fully remote environment.
- Based in Vietnam, with the ability to work full-time during Australian business hours.
